Raynetta “Ray” Hill
Raynetta “Ray” Hill is a dynamic leader passionate about fostering economic growth through collaborative leadership and advocacy for social and economic impact. Serving as Executive Director she has a strong track record in both the private and nonprofit real estate sectors, Ray has played pivotal roles, including overseeing a $14.1 million redevelopment project and increasing institutional philanthropic giving for CommonBond Communities in Wisconsin. She also managed extensive residential portfolios as operations manager for National Management.
Ray is deeply familiar with the BID and the Bronzeville district, having served as the Associate Director for the Historic Business Improvement District No. 8, where she drove revitalization efforts and enhanced engagement with local stakeholders. .
Active in community service, Ray serves on multiple boards and committees focused on economic impact. In her free time, she enjoys family, and activities related to food, art, and music.
Notably, Ray was appointed by Governor Evers to the Wisconsin Housing Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) and became Vice Chair in 2021. She has been recognized with several honors, including the Milwaukee Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award and the Young Pioneer Award from the African American Chamber of Commerce in 2021.
Renée B. Lindner
Renée B. Lindner is a dedicated relationship builder, ally, and advocate driven by social justice principles. She focuses on amplifying voices in the Historic King Drive Business Improvement District (BID) #8. With a background in Human Resources from Marquette University, Renée has held numerous key outreach roles in both private and non-profit sectors in the Greater Milwaukee area, assisting business owners with economic development.
Before joining the BID, she served as the Outreach Specialist and Kiva Capital Access Manager at the Wisconsin Women’s Business Initiative Corporation. In her current role as Corridor Support Director at the BID, Renée is responsible for implementing the BID’s operating plan to supporting the King Drive BID members and engaging with the community to enhance the vibrant business district.
In addition to her professional commitments, Renée cherishes time with her family, including her husband, sons Isaac, Eli, and Nathan, and supports them in their pursuits. She also serves on the South Milwaukee Planning Commission, a position she was appointed to by former Mayor Erik Brooks in 2018.

With expertise in communications, strategic planning, and stakeholder coordination, Ostassia is dedicated to helping teams operate efficiently and make a lasting impact in the communities they serve.
Dante Lavell Nash
Creative Director
Dante Lavell Nash is a Milwaukee-based digital artist and creative director exploring the intersection of culture, community, and design. Through his business, AVRA LLC, he leads creative strategy, branding, and visual storytelling for partners like the King Drive BID. His work, featured on PBS and the Criterion Channel, reflects a deep commitment to authentic narratives and the evolving creative identity of the Midwest.
Déysha Smith-Jenkins
Social Architect
Déysha Smith-Jenkins is a Milwaukee native, media professional, and community advocate whose work bridges storytelling, sports, and service. A former All-American student-athlete and University of Connecticut graduate, she leads The Twenty-Fifth Hour LLC, specializing in video production and social strategy for purpose-driven brands. Déysha’s charisma shines on game days as the In-Stadium Co-Host for the Green Bay Packers and Milwaukee Admirals, while her leadership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and local youth programs highlights her deep commitment to mentorship and empowerment. Recognized as a 2024 Notable Woman in Sports by Milwaukee Business Times, Déysha continues to elevate voices and build community through creativity, connection, and impact.
